| Hmm, I need to make some adjustments to the CWA schedule. Instead of monthly, perhaps quarterly would work out better so people have time to encounter wingnuts in the interim. If you don't mind I might retcon this thread into that in the future. The winning wingnuts should also get a place in the quotes at the top of threads here like I have done for others. I haven't added the winners from previous months as that seemed too much like self promotion. We need to set up a system for people to add quotes like at FSTDT and vote. That would likely supersede the CWA. Or not. The most popular vote from a given time span would be the crowned wingnut I suppose. Anyhoo, just some ideas.

| CWA was the Crowned Wingnuts Award, an awards ceremony honoring the wingnutting arts, consisting of nominations of wingnuts, quotations of their best work, and a vote to determine the winner. It initially ran monthly but has lapsed multiple times from that schedule due to the difficulty of arousing interest and keeping a sufficient flow of new wingnut blood to the competition. I'll probably revive the CWA some time in the future. |
